A hang tag is a small printed card, die-cut and hole-punched so it can be strung or looped onto merchandise. It carries the information a garment or product cannot print on itself — size, care, price, story — and it is often the last piece of branding a customer touches before buying. Heavier stock and a reinforced eyelet keep it from tearing off the rail.
