Feather and event flags mount printed fabric on a flexible pole so the graphic moves in the wind — motion being the reason they get noticed from a road. Single-sided prints show a mirrored image on the reverse; double-sided construction blocks that with an interior liner so both faces read correctly. Bases vary with whether they stand on ground, concrete or a spike.
