Die Cut Vinyl

Contour-cut vinyl graphics.

Die-cut — or contour-cut — vinyl follows the outline of the artwork instead of a rectangle, so once the excess is weeded away only the shape remains and the surface behind shows through. Applied with transfer tape, lettering and logos appear painted onto the glass or wall. Fine serifs and thin strokes are the practical limit, since each cut piece has to survive weeding.
